Can WCH-LinkE debug both RISC-V and ARM chips?
Yes. The probe firmware can be switched between WCH-LinkE (RISC-V) and WCH-Link (ARM) modes.
Do I need a separate adapter for CH32V003?
No — the single-wire SDI interface on all CH32V parts connects directly to WCH-LinkE (SWIO pin).
